What helps us give you a useful answer first time.
What should I put in a first message?
What the business does, roughly how much space you think you need, which part of the city or the province you are looking at, and what you can carry monthly once additional rent is included. Any one of those helps. All four means the first reply can be useful rather than a list of questions back.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before getting in touch?
No. A lot of the work happens before anyone knows the answer, and being early is better than arriving with a signed intent to lease and a plan nobody has tested. If you are still working out whether a location makes sense at all, that is a reasonable place to start from.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Our office is at 12230 106 Avenue in Edmonton and that is where in-person meetings happen. We work across Alberta, so for anything outside the city the first conversation is usually a call.
I am a landlord with a vacancy, not a tenant. Same address?
Same address. We act for owners and for tenants, though never on both sides of the same deal, and we run leasing and property management out of the same office. Say which side you are on in the first message and it goes to the right person.
